Refund policy
We have a simple return policy - if a product purchased from us is faulty, such as doesn't spray, has leaked or wasn't correctly matching the inserts, we ask that you email us to report the problem, so we can evaluate it and offer a replacement or refund. We may ask for a photo of the issue, so we can improve our process to eliminate any future issues.
We can NOT, however, guarantee you will like the fragrance/s, because that is a very personal issue and based on individual tastes. The purpose of our products is to expose our customers to new and unique fragrances in order to decide if it's something worth purchasing from a retails store or an online shop.
